Barnett Pest Solutions is a family-owned and operated business right here in Highland, with over 40 years of experience and more than 62 years combined among the family. We are not a call center or a franchise. We are the people who live and work in these towns, and we take it personally when something is bugging you at home.
Rickey answers the phone. Little Ricky and Xavier do the treatments. That means you get the same trusted faces every visit, not a rotating crew of strangers. We show up the same day when we can, and we call the day before to confirm so you always know when we are coming.
While we are out there, we give you honest advice on anything we notice, even things that are not pest-related. Then we price it so people can actually afford to fix the problem. That is how a family business is supposed to run, and it is the only way we know how to do it.
